Guest access Guests will receive a private access code after booking. This code unlocks the front door. For your safety, the property is equipped with outdoor security cameras. There are no cameras inside the home. Motion-activated exterior lighting keeps the property well-lit at night. Horses on the property Our horses live on-site in the upper pasture. The pasture is fenced and not open to guests, for the safety of both guests and animals, but you're welcome to watch them graze from the cottage or outdoor spaces. With advance notice and special arrangements, interaction may be possible for an additional fee. Good to know - Occasional basic yard maintenance (such as mowing or landscaping) may be performed during your stay. - On-site parking is available for your vehicle and a small boat or trailer. Boat launching, parking, and water activities are at your own risk. - The cottage sits on a private, clean, spring-fed lake. Swimming, kayaking, and dock use are welcome, strictly at your own risk.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind or vaping inside the home or on gazebo. Pets are allowed for additional fees with permission, there is a two pet limit. Guest will be responsible for damages caused by pets. Please read House manual for a list of all House rules and information upon arrival.
